We have used ECIA for Business Liability and Workman's Comp Insurance for 7 years. Unlike the reviews I have read on Yelp, it could not be any further from the truth. I have found them very supportive, competitive rates and highly responsive.

This year our Workman's Comp Insurance was audited, after the audit a bill came in for an additional dollars. I immediately called ECIA, within days I was emailed a revised bill from the Insurance Company! They contested the results of the Audit and saved me thousands of dollars. Anyone that can do that for me is a rock star in my book, especially since this year has been challenging for all of us. Nice to know that Everett Callahan Insurance fights for their clients.
